Lydeard Lawrence a small village in Taunton Deane area Somerset lying between Quantock Hills AONB and Brendon at about 120 metres above sea level. sand">It is approximately 10 miles north west Taunton. The parish covers wide includes several hamlets such as Westowe Pyleigh Westleigh Chapel Leigh. were 318 registered electors 2007.
